Q: What dance level is this trip suitable for?

This trip is suitable for intermediate and advanced dancers. You need basic knowledge of Cuban salsa. We recommend that beginners take a course first.

Q: Can I book this trip without a dance partner?

Yes, absolutely. We provide a dance partner guarantee, so you can also join on your own.

Q: How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Hotel Peninsular is a 3-minute walk from Liceu metro station, on line L3. From Barcelona El Prat Airport, you can take the metro or bus to the city centre. You will receive detailed travel information from us.

Q: What do drinks cost at the parties?

Food and drinks are much cheaper than in the Netherlands and Belgium. Drinks in some salsa clubs are more expensive than in the Netherlands.

Q: When do I have to pay?

After booking, you will receive an invoice for the 15% deposit, payable within 7 days. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure, before 15 March 2027.

Q: Which shoes should I bring?

For the dance classes and parties, shoes with a smooth sole are ideal, as they make turning much easier. Do you have nice dance shoes? Definitely bring them! But they are not required. Comfortable walking shoes are also useful for the city walk.

Barcelona is buzzing. Day and night. And you’re dancing right in the middle of it. For five days, you’ll combine the most beautiful city in Europe with the best salsa schools, parties, and dance workshops Barcelona has to offer.

Led by the talented Dani Dominguez, born in Havana and based in Barcelona, you’ll dance Cuban salsa at the highest level. Including dance partner guarantee. We arrange everything. You just dance along.

This charming 3-star hotel is located just a 3-minute walk from Liceu metro station and around the corner from the famous Ramblas. The hotel breathes Barcelonian charm with a beautiful courtyard full of plants and offers rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The lively Raval district with its cafes and restaurants is right on your doorstep. The Boqueria market can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The rooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms, and there is a sunny, beautiful courtyard with plants.

Day 1 :

Thursday: Arrival & first salsa

You fly to Barcelona. The adventure begins tonight.
At 8:00 PM welcome briefing in the atmospheric Hotel Peninsular — right in the heart of the bustling Ramblas district. We get to know the group, eat together, and get our first taste of the Barcelona evening air.
At 10:30 PM: your first salsa party in Barcelona. The tone is set. 💃

Day 2 :

Friday: Discovering the city & first dance lesson

Breakfast from 8:00–10:30 AM.
Afterwards, we head into the city. Led by Bernard, you’ll get to know the real Barcelona — the Sagrada Família, the Cathedral, Park Güell, the Ramblas, and the lively Boqueria market. We have lunch together on a terrace.
At 5:00 PM we take the metro to the salsa school. Cuban workshops at your level — with dance partner guarantee.
At 10:30 PM: the second salsa party. 🎶

Breakfast from 8:00–10:30 AM.
Dance workshops from 10:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Sunday: Beach & Rueda de Casino

Breakfast from 8:00–10:30 AM. The morning is for relaxation — visit the sunny Platja de Barceloneta beach. Walking or bike taxi, both are wonderful. At 5:00 PM back to the dance school for an extra fun Rueda de Casino workshop. At 8:00 PM: the last salsa party of this trip. Enjoy! 🎉

Monday: Farewell to Barcelona

Breakfast from 8:00–10:30 AM.
The morning is yours. Do some last-minute shopping, buy souvenirs, or stroll along the Ramblas.
